What is the minimum version of MacOS that can run Magic Switch?
Minimum version of MacOS required is 11.0 Big Sur.
Does Magic Switch work with the Magic Trackpad?
Yes, it was originally designed only for the Magic Mouse but it can also be used with the Magic Trackpad since they use the same pairing methods. However, it does not work with the first generation Magic Trackpad.
Does Magic Switch work with older versions of the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse ( First Generation )?
No, sadly it does not. Older versions of the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse do not support the same pairing methods as the newer versions.
Does Magic Switch work with third-party keyboards and mice?
Magic Switch is specifically designed for Apple’s Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. It may not work seamlessly with third-party devices.
How many devices can I switch between using Magic Switch?
Magic Switch supports multiple Mac devices, allowing you to switch your Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse between all your connected devices seamlessly.
Why does my Magic Keyboard or Mouse not connect to the other machine?
Sometimes the connection process might ultimately fail. In such cases it is best to toggle the physical ON/OFF switch on the Magic Keyboard or Mouse and try again.
Do I need an internet connection to use Magic Switch?
An active internet connection is not required to use Magic Switch after installation. However, you will need an internet connection for initial setup and to receive updates.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Magic Switch, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. The refund will deduct a small processing fee from the refund amount. After the refund is processed, you will no longer be able to use Magic Switch.
